How does a sippy cup work??
Last week I took Parker in for his six month check up (can you believe he's six months old??). The doctor told me that we should start giving him water from a sippy cup. Excitedly, I went to the store and purchased a cute little cup for Parker to drink out of. Being a first time mom, I thought he would magically know what to do with it. In reality he chews on it, throws it, and sucks on the handles - he does everything but sip water out of the thing! At least he's cute.

Cute cup - isn't it funny - i think i did the same thing as you Candace. It took Grant a long time to learn what to do - Loren picked it up much quicker. I must have bought at least 5 different cups before Grant figured out how to drink through them. I found when they are littler it is easier to find one that when they bite on it, something comes out - they get the hang of it quicker.
Wow - can't believe Parker is already 6 months - it goes fast doesn't it. Try to enjoy it!!!
He is the cutest little guy! Good luck with the sippee cup!
