Who knew that holding a football while you eat significantly improves the taste of your food? Surprisingly, this phenomenom had never crossed our minds until the other night when Parker refused to eat until he had a football in his arm. Have I ever mentioned he is 100% his father's child??
To further illustrate this point, this morning I caught Parker in our room doing something else that he learned from his dad. As a little background, when Dave gets home from work, he usually goes upstairs to our bedrooom to change his clothes. Most nights, he does some push-ups before he comes back down for dinner - and he has these special push-up bars that he uses. As most people, after doing a number of push-ups, he starts breathing quite loudly as the push-ups become more difficult. I found Parker attempting to do push-ups using the bars and he was making these really loud breathing noises each time he did one of his "push-ups." He was trying so hard to sound like his dad! I couldn't stop laughing! Unfortunately I didn't get a picture.
Here we are with Dave's brothers and their wives at the BYU vs. Utah basketball game last weekend. We had so much fun at the game . . . especially because BYU won and we had happy husbands!
I thought I'd throw this one in for fun . . . I think Dave took this picture on accident. I sure do think we have a handsome little boy!

That is so funny about the push-ups! Parker sure is a cutie!

You do have such a handsome boy! The BYU game looks like fun!
That's so funny! It makes me so excited to see our little boy get a little older...although, maybe he won't like footballs, maybe he'll have to be sitting at the piano to eat! :D (In my dreams, right?) Bry still wants you to go run a few laps around your house so you can meet up with us at the hospital tomorrow. Maybe we'll see you there! :)
